The Memorial Diamond is a genuine diamond with the same chemical, physical and optical properties as a natural diamond. Each memorial diamond is a reflection of the deceased, and will be as unique as the individual memorialized within.
Your special diamond comes in a noble case along with a Certificate of Authenticity. We guarantee the weight, cut and color of the diamond. Furthermore, we guarantee the origin of the entire carbon source from the received cremated remains.
Color
The color of a diamond is formed by the inclusion of individual elements such as nitrogen or boron, in the diamond crystal lattice structure. The difference in the inclusion (measured in ppm: parts per million) leads to large differences in the color intensity. For example, results from the incorporation of about 5 ppm nitrogen a soft yellow diamond and with approximately 10 ppm nitrogen a deep golden hue is possible.
We offer the following basic color options: yellow and white-blue. The white-blue diamond is grown in a specially developed vacuum. This technique avoids even the inclusion of elements in the surrounding air. The white-blue diamond is absolutely pure. No additives.
We may be able to achieve your individual color requests outside of our traditional offerings. Traditionally, we offer the white-blue pure diamond option as well as a yellow memorial diamond option. However, additional color options may include: green, pink, red and even others. Prices for color variations depend on individual processes and are available upon request.
Cut and Rough Diamonds
Our experts will hand cut your memorial diamond to specification. As a special alternative we also offer rough (uncut) diamonds. The rough diamond reflects the individuality of a person in a uniquely natural way.

Laser Inscription
Your memorial diamond is inscribed with its unique reference ID. This highly precise laser inscription is visible under a microscope. For an additional fee, a personal laser inscription is also available. Up to forty characters can be engraved depending on the size and cut of the diamond. The reference ID and personal message are inscribed on the girdle of the diamond.
